Since learned Advocate General has assured the Court that selection for the post of Assistant Teacher Government Primary School would be undertaken strictly as per relevant Statutory provisions, including the applicable Recruitment Rules, and public interest demands that vacancies on the posts of Assistant Teacher Government Primary School are supplied at the earliest, therefore, in the opinion of this Court, the interim order dated 03.03.2021 deserves to be modified.<\/p>\n

In such view of the matter, interim order dated 03.03.2021 is modified and it is provided that selection process for appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher Government Primary School shall go on, however, appointment, if any, made on the strength of the selection, so made, shall be subject to the final outcome of the present writ petition.<\/p>\n
